Established in 1996, H₂O Adventures began as a paddling school dedicated to bringing the sport of kayaking to more than just extreme sportsmen.

Over the past decade, H2O has grown into one of Canada's pre-eminent outdoor adventure and corporate adventure experience providers.

Operating from multiple locations in-and-around the Montreal area, H₂O Adventures today offers an array of adventure experiences for individuals, groups, companies and youth.

True to its roots, H₂O Adventures still provides kayaking and canoeing adventures for individuals and groups, but today offers many exciting locations. 

1. H₂O Island, an oasis located at the confluence of the Rouge and Ottawa Rivers. Halfway between Ottawa and Montreal, H₂O Island is one of Canada's few places where white water kayaking, canoeing and sea kayaking are all taught from the same place.
