Introduction to Sea Kayaking
 
This six hour course is designed for those who are new to sea kayaking, and would like to start with a solid introduction to the skills, knowledge and environmental considerations of safe paddling and touring.

Boat entry, wet-exit, efficient stroke technique, braces, safety, assisted rescue, paddle float rescue and equipment.
