Introduction to kayaking (1-day)

This activity introduces campers to the joys of kayaking in a safe and inviting environment.  Basic techniques and safety manoeuvres are covered before giving participants a taste of moving water in a moderate current.
 
 
Kayaking and Hiking (1-day)

Less than a kilometre north of H2O Island are the breathtaking Seven Sisters waterfalls. Enjoy a half-day of kayaking in the morning followed by this exciting hike after lunch.
 
 
Introduction to white water kayaking (2-days)

Here is the perfect opportunity to try one of Canada’s fastest growing adventure sports! The first day is spent learning basic paddling and safety techniques that are then gradually applied on day two as students begin to manoeuvre in rapids. At night, participants will enjoy the tranquility of camping on our private island at the mouth of the river
