H2O Island
Our private island at the mouth of the Rouge River (1 hour west of Montreal) is the perfect place to take the family for a weekend or a full week.

H2O Adventures can provide all of the camping equipment and food - all you have to do is show up! Participants can take a thrilling introduction to white water kayaking course, hike up to breath taking waterfalls, swim in the warm shallow waters surrounding the island, and observe a variety of birds and wildlife while paddling along the calmer shoreline of the Ottawa River.

Evenings are spent playing cards or board games under the light of a lantern and exchanging stories around the campfire.

Age appropriateness: The camping, hiking, and swimming could be enjoyed by all ages. The recommended age for the white water kayaking course is 9 years and older.
